The following services are available upon request with our full service packages. We've designed these add-ons as "A La Carte" items to allow you to select just what you need.

Beverage Services

Clients are welcome to provide their own beverages.  Five Star does not charge any corkage fee of any kind. Clients not hiring a Bartender thru Five Star are responsible for set-up & clean-up of beverage station; separating & chilling beverages; replenishing tubs throughout event; providing bar equipment such as wine/beer bottle openers, cocktail napkins, icing tubs and plastic cups. A bartender is strongly recommended for any group over 50 guests. Two bartenders are recommended for beer and wine bars over 125 guests and/or hard alcohol bars over 100 guests.

  • Bartending Service ~ Includes Bartender, Serving Equipment, Tubs, Cups, Cocktail Napkins, Set-Up & Clean-Up  ~ $475
  • Ice ~ Available in 40 lb. bags; typical wedding requires 12-18 bags ~ $18/bag
  • In house Glassware ~(pricing includes normal breakage, must be ordered in full racks) - Wine, Water, Champagne Flutes, Irish mugs, Rocks, Hi Balls, Pints ~ $1 each (racks of 25, 36 for champagne)
  • Rental Company Glassware ~  (pricing includes normal breakage, must be ordered in full racks) - Wine, Martini, Coupe Champagne, Colored Glassware, Specialty Bar Glasses ~ $1.25 and up
  • Classic Lemonade and/or Iced Tea ~ Displayed in Glass Dispensers with compostable clear cups.  Pre-ceremony and throughout reception. ~ $2.50 Per Guest for one selection or $3 Per Guest for two
  • Agua Fresca, Naturally Flavored Lemonade or Iced Tea ~ Your choice of Strawberry or Pineapple Agua Fresca, Raspberry Lemonade (with or without lavendar), Strawberry Basil Lemonade, or Pomegranate Blueberry or Tropical Mango Infused Iced Tea. Displayed in Glass Beehive Jugs Pre-ceremony as well as throughout reception. ~ $3.50 Per Guest for one selection or $4 Per Guest for two.
  • Soda Package ~ To please everyone's tastes, we provide a combination of Sodas, Diet Sodas, and Still Water with Cucumber, Lemon & Mint in Glass jugs ~ Includes Tubs, Disposable Cups and plenty of drinks for just $2.50 per guest! Add $1/person for sparkling waters. (may be discounted if alcoholic beverages are the focus of the event)
  • Gourmet Coffee and Tea Station ~Fresh Brewed Organic, Fair Trade Regular Coffee with Assorted Herbal and Black Teas for $2/guest. Includes all coffee condiments including real 1/2 and 1/2, sugar, sweeteners, stir sticks. Set-up at self service station with white paper cups usually after dinner.  Add Decaf for $50 flat fee.  And Irish Mugs @ $1ea (ordered in racks of 25).

Please note that beverages must be purchased for the entire guest count (or adult guest count, in the case of coffee). We realize that not everyone will sample every beverage and have based our pricing on our experience of how much we need to prepare given your group size.  

Furnishings - Rental Items

Our rental pricing includes Set-Up and tear down of the rented items. Should you choose to arrange for your own rentals, please note that rental companies simply deliver the items in a "drop" fashion, stacked outside. You would then be responsible for checking for any shortages, setting them up prior to our arrival, and breaking them down immediately following the event.  While the pricing listed below applies in most cases,  some events require specialty items through more expensive rental companies that may lead to increased pricing.

  • Tables (includes setup and breakdown)~ Buffet, Seating, Cake Tables & more ~ $15 each (King's tables and 72" Rounds: $27), Farm Tables:$95-$200
  • Cocktail Tables ~ Tall or Seated 30" Round Cocktail Tables with Full Length Linen ~ $35/ea
  • Wine Barrels ~ Stand Alone Wine Barrels ~ $35/ea and up depending on rental company
  • Additional Linens (usually for cocktail tables) ~ $22 and up/each (depends on size, style, and linen company)
  • Free Standing Market Umbrellas ~ $45 each and up depending on rental company
  • Padded Chairs White, Dark or Natural Padded~ $3.50-$4.50 each   (White Plastic Folding Available for $2.50 each)
  • Cross Back Chairs ~ $9 and up/depending on style and rental company
  • Formal Chiavari  Chairs  ~ $9 and up/depending on style and rental company
  • Heat Lamps ~ For Outdoor Use ~ $95-$145 ea
  • Tents, Dance Floors, Lighting, Draping, & More! Call for Quotes
